We are looking for someone who can: Lead a specialist team of agile staff with project and change management expertise to work on projects that improve health service delivery in NSW. Collaborate with senior leaders to assess and develop readiness for high potential projects to pilot and scale across the health system. Negotiate and prioritise requests for ACI project requirements; and match need with capability of the team to deliver outputs in a dynamically shifting environment. We design and implement new ways to deliver care for patients.
What you will be doing The Lead, Program Accelerator will provide dynamic leadership to manage and co-ordinate a new agile team, which will partner across the organisation to develop, execute, implement and embed programs and initiatives across the broader health system.
The position holder will bring extensive experience to identify and meet the professional development needs for the team, fostering a strong team culture and embedding meaningful ways of working and partnerships within and across teams.

Remuneration : $161,042.00 - $180,143.00 per annum excluding Superannuation

Selection Criteria Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline and demonstrated relevant industry experience in managing resource allocation within a complex model to ensure resources are appropriately managed across project requirements and strategic priorities. Demonstrated experience in the application of waterfall and agile project management methodologies and the implementation of local and statewide projects, frameworks and/or initiatives. Demonstrated experience working in a complex environment dealing with and influencing senior management and external stakeholders to meet project needs in a timely manner. Demonstrated ability to make complex judgements, prioritise tasks and take initiatives through delegated responsibilities.
