Reporting to our Profiling Foreman & Profiling Delivery Manager, this role is focused on working in our Profiling Division operating machines and hands-on site activity daily. You will also be given the opportunity to work in our other Divisions at times (Hardscapes & Civils).We are looking for a good work ethic and attitude above all, because we guarantee we will train you better than anyone else!Day to day this role will see you:Commence the day at our Maddington depotComplete required vehicle & machine inspectionsLiaising with Foreman, Site Crews and Delivery ManagerLearning how we safely operate our machines to produce a high-quality standard of work at all timesReceiving on site instructions from the Site CrewsReceiving daily training from our leaders to develop new skillsWorking as part of a teamLearning how to complete required maintenance on machines and how to best look after the equipmentBoth night shift and day shift work availablePlenty of regional and metro workWhat we are looking for:Experience in road constructionExperience in operating Profiling MachinesHave a minimum valid HR License (HC Preferred)Have a valid White CardHave the right to work and live in AustraliaWilling to undergo medical/drug/alcohol screenAbility to pass initial and ongoing drug/alcohol testingHave a positive "Can Do Attitude"Punctual / arrives on timeReliableStrong desire to be part of a hardworking winning teamAbility to work in a safe and efficient mannerA keen learner with an open mindWhat we offer:Excellent hourly rates / salary packages based on experience & qualificationsWeekly payPathway to become a foremanDowsing Group has a range of reward and recognition for our people, and an essential focus on people and culture.
