In this role you will be responsible for: Supervise the day to day site operations and ensure all employees and sub-contractors understand the tasks to be completed.
Complete and record site information to report back to the Profiling Supervisor.
Ensure all people management tasks are completed, and any issues are escalated immediately.
Ensure employees complete prestart forms and machinery is operated correctly.
Ensure all employees understand what is expected for the day.
Ensure all employees and sub-contractors are always working safely and effectively.
How you'll connect to the role: Experience operating profiling machinery.
Experience leading a team on site and understanding the day-to-day operations.
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
Ability to resolve conflict and manage people's expectations.
Motivated, reliable and want to work in the industry.
Construction Induction Card (White Card).
A current HC driver's license is preferred Experience operating other road construction machinery will be highly regarded.
