Responsibilities Supporting the Head of School and representing the School at various forums Promote Excellence in Research and Leadership within the Monash School of Nursing and Midwifery (MNM) Mentoring and guiding novice academics and students in their academic and professional journeys, nurturing their growth and development Leading ground-breaking research, publishing scholarly articles in reputable nursing and midwifery journals Collaborating on interdisciplinary research to advance healthcare knowledge and practice Providing expert guidance in the development of nursing and midwifery research proposals and grant applications Participating in faculty meetings, committees, and fulfilling assigned administrative duties Engaging in continuous professional development to stay at the forefront of nursing and midwifery education and practice Contribute to academic and administrative leadership within the Faculty by participating in the development of policy and strategy Your Qualifications Doctoral degree in Nursing or Midwifery (Ph.D., or equivalent) Current registration as a Registered Nurse or Registered Midwife with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (NMBA).
