With 1,000 intelligence professionals, over $300M in sales, and serving nearly 2,000 clients worldwide, Recorded Future is the world's most advanced, and largest, intelligence company!Reporting to the Professional Services Manager APJ, the Senior Solution Engineer is a function of our Professional Services group, your primary responsibility will be assisting customers with the design and integration of Recorded Future Security Intelligence data and running projects and teams to support this function.What you'll bring as an Engineer: Experience in managing complex customer solutions - like combined SIEM, SOAR and TIP solutions with on-prem or cloud deploymentsThis role is highly technical and you will have spent time in Security Operation Centers or Managed Service Providers. Experience with SIEM tools such as Splunk Security, Qradar, Arcsight or similarAbility to develop documentation around technical projects to be utilized by clients and colleaguesSystem and infrastructure log analysis and debugging skills to problem solving and troubleshootingDetailed knowledge of security hardware and its applications such as Next-Generation Firewalls, IDS/IPS, Endpoint solutions, Incident Management, Vulnerability ManagementExperience in JSON with REST APIsExperience with OSI model, defense-in-depth, diamond model and common security elementsStrong analytical skills to analyze security requirements and relate them to appropriate security controlsKnowledge on cyber attack-vectors, security threats and mitigation techniquesAbility to work independently and proactively manage assigned client engagements and tasks from start to completionThe hunger and drive to succeed in a fast-paced environmentDemonstrable projects related to information technology you have collaborated onFormal information security qualifications from professional bodies or a relevant BA/BS are preferredEnglish language fluency especially regarding written/verbal communication What you'll do as an Engineer: As a Senior Solution Engineer,you will be an integrations expert, implementing bleeding edge security intelligence technology to support information security teams and customer types including Threat Intelligence, Security Operations, Incident Response, and Developer teams using SIEM, SOAR, TIP integrations on tools like Splunk, Anomali, Palo Alto XSOAR, Azure etc. Design and Implementation of Recorded Future Security Intelligence data in customer environmentUnderstand and drive customers cyber security use cases, workflows and overall needs to utilize Recorded Future integrationsScope and implement custom solutions across a variety of client architectures, applications, and toolsCreating engineering solutions for clientsImprovement or creation of security intelligence integrations Manage multiple projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environmentLeading and projects and mentoring junior Solution EngineersServe as a liaison between development and internal teams to ensure client systems are adequately documented when triagingHelp to resolve customer problems related to integrations, RESTful API's via email and online meetingsResearch customers' technical issues in a timely manner and follow up with recommendations and action plansParticipates in functional groups to identify and drive resolution for escalated casesContribute and utilize internal technical expertise, including development engineers, knowledge base, and other internal tools to provide the most effective solutions to customer issuesCreate knowledge base content and systems to capture new learning for reuse throughout the company and user baseExceed customer expectations on response quality, timeliness of responses and overall customer experienceServe as internal point of contact on customer escalations and ensure customer issues are resolved as expediently as possibleCollect information and document bugs with Engineering for product issues that are impacting customersCreatively think beyond the technical boundaries to address novel solutions related to threat intelligence and integrations into different technologiesThe hunger and drive to succeed with a multifaceted teamAct as SME for clients whilst liaising between teams on cyber security technologyAct as a technical escalation point for integration solutionsAbility to articulate complex solutions to clients and internal senior management #LI-RemoteWhy should you join Recorded Future?Recorded Future employees (or "Futurists"), represent over 40 nationalities and embody our core values of having high standards, practicing inclusion, and acting ethically.
