$87,051 to $95,685 per annum (HE06).
Plus 17% employer superannuation.
Salary packaging options are available.
5 weeks annual leave plus Christmas week shutdown, per annum.
Available for remote, flexible, or hybrid work.

About the role
The Professional Psychology Programs Coordinator is responsible for providing high level managerial and administrative support across the suite of post-graduate professional psychology programs to facilitate sustainable growth and ensure a smooth student experience. This role will report to the Director of the Clinical Psychology Program and will liaise closely with Course Coordinators of the postgraduate professional psychology programs, as well as with Student Pathways (Admissions), Marketing, and People and Culture. The role will support the Program Director to sustainably maximise enrolments in the postgraduate professional psychology programs, with key delivery areas around marketing and student recruitment, securing external partnerships and funding, whilst maintaining an optimal student experience. The post-holder will also ensure programs comply with staffing ratios set by the accrediting body through recruitment and management of a suitably credentialed casual workforce to support program expansion. The role therefore requires management and recruitment experience, high level administration skills, as well as technical knowledge, in order to develop systems and processes to support the delivery of the School's growth strategies in relation to these high-demand professional psychology offerings. The role also requires high level interpersonal liaison skills, as it interfaces between the School's academic and professional staff, and other key business units including the Admissions team, Marketing and People and Culture.
