Professional Learning Team Leaders should inspire students, staff and community members to optimise learning and engagement of all students.
The Professional Learning Team Leaders Teaching and Learning role is a mentoring and coaching role.
The aim is to use the strategy of pedagogical coaching through questioning and conversation, to support professional growth in individual or small groups of educators.
It is aimed at encouraging and stretching each teacher to take responsibility for their development, set goals, take action and grow as an educator with the ultimate outcome being improved student outcomes.
