We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Professional Experience Coordinator (Early Childhood Education) to join the team at Crown Institute of Higher Education. This is a full-time position based in our new Mitchell campus. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the practical placement program for our Early Childhood Education students, ensuring they gain valuable on-the-job experience to complement their studies.
What you'll be doing Liaise with early childhood education providers to establish and maintain partnerships for student placementsCoordinate the scheduling, monitoring and assessment of student placementsProvide support and guidance to students throughout their practical experienceEnsure all placement paperwork and documentation is completed accurately and on timeCollaborate with academic staff to integrate practical experience with theoretical learningContinuously evaluate and improve the practical experience programMaintain detailed records and prepare regular reports on student progress and placement outcomesWhat we're looking for Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar coordinator or placement management roleStrong understanding of early childhood education curriculum and practical requirementsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with students, academics and industry partnersHighly organised with the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and competing prioritiesProficient in using student information systems and data management toolsKnowledge of relevant industry regulations and compliance requirementsWhat we offer At Crown Institute of Higher Education, we are committed to providing a supportive and enriching work environment for our employees.
