Who are you? As a seasoned Executive Assistant, you excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Your key attributes include being solution-focused and reliable, with a proven ability to think resourcefully and innovatively in navigating complex scenarios.
Proficiency in advanced MS Office is crucial for this role, as it requires daily use of the software to its fullest potential.
What is the role? This position is responsible for delivering exceptional Executive Assistant support to the CEO and other Executives (as nominated).
Given the diverse nature of this role, you will be engaged in various aspects of daily executive management, thus becoming an integral member of the CoreLogic team.
The role is crucial for the effective administration and seamless operation of both the business and the executive team.
Please note that this is a 12 month fixed term contract. What will you be doing? Specific tasks pertinent to this role can be broken down into:
Managing multiple inboxes and calendars - being proactive and keeping stakeholders informed with advance planning, ensuring coordination of meetings with a high degree of professionalism and business acumen.Administrative tasks include expense management, corporate communications, and system improvements, all while ensuring excellent speed and performance.Organizing meetings: communicating with participants, preparing agendas, distributing materials, booking rooms and catering.Overseeing key projects, ensuring they progress smoothly and align with strategic objectives, keeping teams engaged and accountable with your proven leadership skills.Collaborate with the PR manager on internal and external communications for the CEO and other executives.Promote effective communication and collaboration within the executive team, the EA team, and with various external stakeholders.Assist in driving growth strategy by ensuring customer meetings and key client touchpoints are maintained.End-to-end domestic and international travel coordination, and creating detailed travel itineraries.Light and infrequent personal administrative duties for the CEO.Job Qualifications: Are you the right fit? To be successful in this role, the key competencies required include:
At least 5 years' experience providing support at the C-Suite level.Demonstrated experience in providing high-level executive support in a professional and confidential manner, including the ability to establish work priorities and meet predetermined deadlines and commitments.Strong communication skills with experience in working with internal and external stakeholders and senior executives, along with the ability to use initiative, discretion, and maintain confidentiality.Proficient in MS Office, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Capable of using multiple systems (workday, expense management, ticketing, etc.)
to support task completion.Demonstrated ability to manage varied and conflicting demands to agreed standards and timelines, using a proactive attitude.Proven skills in organizing and maintaining relevant documentation for meetings with experience in providing executive support to committees.Demonstrated initiative, drive, professionalism with the ability to "think, question and challenge", good judgement in distinguishing the urgent vs. important, prioritization, expectations management, and escalating issues when necessary.Strong interpersonal and communications skills.Exceptional problem-solving abilities with a focus on solutions-oriented strategies.Exemplary attention to detail in all written and verbal communication.Ability to work autonomously and identify priorities ahead of time.Open, practical with a high level of professional integrity and understanding of when to apply discretion and confidentiality.Why join CoreLogic?
