Professional Drivers (Vic)

We are currently looking for highly motivated and safety focused  Professional Drivers  to join our  Farm Milk Collection Division , based in  Colac, Victoria ! These opportunities are for an immediate start, on a full-time and casual basis. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Delivering and picking up product in a safe manner to customer sites; Following all OH&S regulations and furthering the safety culture; Reading and following procedures and relevant work instructions; Liaising with customers of our client, with a friendly and professional attitude; Accountability for all paperwork. To be successful in this dynamic role you will have: Heavy Vehicle Driving experience, ideally within farm pick up; A current MC licence preferred. McColl's will cover the cost of licence upgrade in return for a minimum of 1 year service; An excellent Driver History Report; Ability to work within a team environment, as well as unsupervised; Excellent customer service skills, communication, written and interpersonal skills; A strong focus on doing the job safely and compliantly with a solid understanding of Chain of Responsibility and Road Transport Legislation; A strong work ethic and customer focus; Willingness to work a rotating roster; Ability to do shift work.
