The Opportunity We are seeking a Products Coordinatorto assist the greater Digitial Solutions Product team.In this role, you'll play a key part in managing the day-to-day operations of our core products and contributing to the execution of the Product Managers' strategic roadmap.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our systems remain optimized, compliant, and aligned with the company's strategic objectives.
The ideal candidate will have a solid background in finance and technology, along with experience in system support.
This role is Full-Time on a maximum term contract for 12months.

Areas of core responsibility include, but are not limited to:
Provide high quality & customer focused tiers 1 & 2 support.Provide training and support to users of core systems.Develop user manuals and training materials.Ensure Regulatory Compliance is maintained within applications.Work closely with finance, wider digital solutions, and other departments to gather requirements and ensure systems meet business needs.Serve as the primary point of contact for any issues or enhancements related to the core systems.Develop and maintain reporting tools and dashboards to support decision-making processes.Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure product deliverables are met on time and within budget.Identify and mitigate risks associated with systems.Implement best practices for data security and system integrity.About You You thrive in a fast-paced and engaging work environment, valuing strong partnerships, collaboration, and a commitment to excellence.

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills and experiences:
