We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Productivity and Collaboration Specialist to join our team.
In this role, you will work within a dynamic environment, providing key advisory services and technical guidance to support various ICT programs and projects.
Key Responsibilities: Provide Essential 8 lead advisory services to assigned ICT programs and projects.Assist in implementing and designing a Zero Trust Strategy.Offer technical guidance on Teams governance configuration and management.Produce and update relevant build/design and operations documentation.Manage the installation and maintenance of Skype for Business and Exchange.Script and automate tasks to improve efficiency.Implement, design, and manage the migration to Microsoft Teams.Develop modern Productivity and Collaboration services.Manage vendor, technical, and business stakeholder relationships effectively.Direct project and technical resources to ensure the successful delivery of work packages.Ensure projects meet agreed outputs and timelines.Enhance Essential 8 frameworks and processes.Facilitate knowledge transfer to team members.Maintain records and files in accordance with organizational requirements.Qualifications and Skills: Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.Proven ability to manage relationships with vendors and stakeholders.Experience in directing technical teams and resolving project issues.Familiarity with Essential 8 frameworks and Zero Trust strategies.Apply Now!
