Kagome has an exciting opportunity for two Farming Area Supervisors to join the team in the Deniliquin NSW area.Reporting to the Deniliquin Farming Area Manager and working primarily in either the Birganbigil (Deniliquin) or Pretty Pine/Morago area, the successful candidates will be responsible for assisting the Farm Manager coordinate, plan and execute daily operations, supervising a team of permanent and casual staff and ensuring a Safety & Quality First culture is driven onsite.Key focus will be ensuring that company targets in terms of yields and quality are met while adhering to budgets, staff, and environmental responsibilities.This is an operational role. Ultimately, we are looking for someone who has supervisory experience at an operational level within an agribusiness or horticultural environment.
