The role As a Production Trainer at our Youfoodz production facility in Karawatha, you'll be instrumental in designing and delivering training programs to a diverse team, focusing on compliance and safety. This role emphasizes empowering others through shared knowledge and collaboration across teams to build a stronger, more capable workforce.
What you'll Do Lead engaging induction sessions for new team members Develop tailored training and development plans aligned with company growth strategies Measure and assess the impact of training initiatives on the team and business Provide follow-up support to ensure effective application of training Keep training programs relevant, up-to-date, and valuable for our business needs Support the Training Manager in creating in-house learning materials and programs Partner with various departments to understand and address their training needs Update programs to reflect best practices and changing regulatory requirements Help manage and update the Learning Management System (LMS) Foster employee engagement by modeling positive behaviors in line with Youfoodz values Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support training goals What you'll bring Certificate IV TAE40110 + LLN+TAESS502 Design and Develop Assessment Tools, or TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, or higher At least 2 years of experience as a food production worker, with supervisory experience in food manufacturing and an understanding of GMP regulatory compliance Desirable with experience as a Learning Partner or Trainer in a manufacturing environment Strong communication skills, with proficiency in English Ability to work independently and manage time effectively A passion for supporting others in achieving learning outcomes Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment Awareness and sensitivity to diverse learning needs and backgrounds Enthusiasm for creating positive learning experiences What we offer The chance to impact one of the fastest-growing global food tech companies during an exciting growth phase An open, collaborative environment with plenty of learning opportunities and personal growth A diverse, vibrant international team with offices across 17 countries Access to an onsite gym Free subscription to Headspace for mental well-being Are you up for the challenge? #youfoodz Please submit your application below, including your salary expectations and earliest start date.
