Join the dynamic team at Lightforce Group as a Production Team Member in our Hindmarsh facility. In this full-time role, you will play a crucial part in our manufacturing processes, ensuring the efficient and high-quality production of our industry-leading products.
What you'll be doing Operate and monitor specialised production machinery and equipment to assemble and finish products to the highest standardsAssemble and manufacture lighting products as per defined processes and to set quality standardsPerform quality control checks and tests at various production stages to maintain quality and safetyTroubleshoot minor equipment issues and perform basic maintenance and adjustmentsFollow all safety procedures and workplace policies to create a safe working environmentCollaborate with the production team to identify process improvements and suggest enhancementsMaintain detailed production records and documentationWhat we're looking for Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar production or assembly role, ideally within the manufacturing industryStrong mechanical aptitude and ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and specificationsAttention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high quality standardsGood problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a teamProficiency in using production equipment and machineryExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsFlexibility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic manufacturing environmentSatisfactory completion of internal dexterity testWhat we offer
