Canning Vale Stability of over 75 years of Australian experience and expertise Permanent Opportunity 'Safety First' Culture I Great Company Benefits THE OPPORTUNITY Stratco's manufacturing and roll form facility is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Production Team Member (Sheet Metal) to join their operations team to manufacture and assemble products for our trade and retail customer base.
This is permanent, full-time opportunity working an 8-hour Day Shift (6am - 2.06pm) or Afternoon Shift (2:54pm - 11:00pm).
Location: Canning Vale Hourly Rate: $73,150 to $80,000 depending on relevant trade qualifications and experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES Manufacturing goods to our customers' requirements Operating metal folding, roll form and pressing machines and general sheet metal equipment Picking and packing products Interpreting product drawings Participate in training in the use of specific items of plant and equipment Demonstrate attention to detail and be quality assurance focused Strict adherence to our critical safety rules & contributing to a safe working environment ABOUT YOU Essential - Experience using Sheetmetal manufacturing equipment, particularly roll form machines and metal bending machinery (folders, press & breaks) Essential - Strong mechanical aptitude Essential - At least an AQF Certificate III in Engineering or similar – Sheet Metal Desirable - At least 2 years of relevant work experience Effective problem solver who can develop solutions that meet the customers' needs High level of accuracy and attention to detail Commitment to producing quality products Willingness to enhance the customer experience by working with enthusiasm, energy, and pace REWARDS & BENEFITS Flexible Working Arrangements | Health & Wellbeing Initiatives | Traineeship & Apprentice Program | Career Development Opportunities | Paid Parental Leave | Employee Referral Incentive | Stratco Team Member Discount Card | Private Health Corporate Discount | Flu Vaccinations | Employee Assistance Programme ABOUT STRATCO Stratco is an Australian-owned innovator, manufacturer, and marketer of quality building and renovation solutions.
