Global business seek a talented and motivated Production Support Specialist to support them on a 12 months engagement in Sydney.
Responsibilities:
As an experienced Production Support Specialist, you will be responsible for the following:
Level 3 support for production related issues Supporting Vulnerability Management and ObsolescenceChange management and release management Liaising with both internal and external teams Skills and Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:
A minimum of 5 years of experience with production / application support Excellent understanding and experience of ITIL V3 or V4Knowledge of production responsibilities within a large institution
