They are now seeking a Production Supervisor for their site based in Townsville.

Supervise, train, and motivate production while managing shift schedules to optimise productivity.
Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards.
Enforce workplace safety protocols and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Identify and implement opportunities for streamlining production processes, reducing waste, and improving KPIs.
Monitor equipment maintenance and raw material levels, addressing breakdowns or shortages promptly.
Maintain accurate production records and liaise with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
