With several Flavorite sites located across Victoria, this role is based at our Tatura location which currently employs over 350 employees.
So What Are We After?

We are seeking 3 Production Supervisors

to help us break in our brand-new Packing Facility!
These are full-time roles, to join our busy, growing, and collaborative team.
Reporting directly to the Production Manager, this role coordinates the packing functions to ensure relevant KPIs, quality, and timeliness of customer orders meet expectations.
Key Accountabilities of the Role:

Management of the team on your line including helping in recruitment, training and orientation, and coaching.
Manage workloads through supervision and delegation.
Manage and report on leave attendance for your direct reports.
Manage quality and KPI requirements for the packing team.
On the line troubleshooting and problem-solving.
An interest in getting in with the team to support them to reach the targets of the team.

The Successful Candidate Will Have:

A Forklift licence (or willing to obtain).
High attention to detail.
Previous experience in machinery operation.
High drive to see success and progress.
Previous experience in a similar capacity.
Proven and sound experience in leading a team.
