About the role: This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Supervisor - Advanced Therapies.The Production Supervisor will be responsible for managing all aspects relating to successful manufacture of any Finished Dose Products at the facility.This will include (but not limited to) sterile and non-sterile solutions, tablets, capsules, and liquids for the purposes of development, clinical, or commercial use.From time to time, support activities are performed at other manufacturing locations as required. Qualifications: Must have 5+ years experience in an aseptic environment.5+ years experience in advanced therapies manufacturing.Supervisory skills and production management.Production schedules and production planning.Strong communication skills.Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.High level of understanding of cGMP guidelines.Ability to mentor and lead a team.Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
