Production Supervisor

12 Month FTC, Opportunity for Permanency$90-100k + superAbout Our ClientOur client is an Australian contract manufacturer of liquids, powders, effervescent tablets, and capsules within the wellness space.
They are certified by TGA, HACCP, ISO, and HALAL.Job DescriptionReporting to the COO, this role oversees 15 production lines and manages 44-50 staff, including mostly casuals and approximately 7 team leaders.
You will be responsible for achieving >98% DIFOT, maintaining safety, quality, and productivity.
This could look like:Staff management - upskilling, rostering, coachingWorking with maintenance to ensure OOEAnalysing production performance dataProviding technical support as requiredDriving a strong safety cultureAdhering to strict GMPThe Successful ApplicantOur ideal candidate will have previous experience in a team leader or supervisory role in a pharmaceutical/TGA-listed medicine production environment.
