Tooheys, producer of some of Australia's favourite beverages, is a proud New South Wales institution, and we're looking for a motivated Production Supervisor (internally known as a Team Leader) to join an industry leading packaging team in Lidcombe.
In this full-time, permanent role, you'll report to the Packaging Area Leader and lead a team of 10+ operators and trades. Your primary role will be to lead, coach, and develop your team around best practice process and execution, supporting them to be the best they can be! Your focus will be on driving safety, quality, and performance within the brewery, as well as executing production plans to ensure efficient operations. You'll play a key role in both people leadership and production execution, supporting your team while meeting performance targets.
Shift work is required, with a weekly rotation between morning shifts (Monday to Friday, 6 AM – 2 PM), and afternoon/evening shifts (Monday to Thursday, 2 PM – 12 AM). Yes, that's a three-day weekend every fortnight!
