The Opportunity Reporting to the Production Superintendent at our Kens Bore site, you will be tasked with providing frontline task allocation, clear expectations of KPI's, mentoring/coaching and supervision to the crews on site. You will also be responsible for meeting production targets safely while always demonstrating and encouraging respectful and inclusive behaviours. You will work on an 8/6 (days) and 7:7 (nights) roster. Supervise the Site Production Team tasks and establish a committed focus on risk assessments -ensuring these are adequate for the task and signed off appropriately. Compliance with all Safety Rules and Procedures to ensure all work is always undertaken in a safe manner and participation in any Safety or Training initiatives identified and implemented by the Company and/or the Client. Maintain cost effective production procedures to achieve optimum plant output, availability, reliability and utilisation and achieve overall production targets Create, review and distribute production reports Assist in the organisation, planning, preparation and execution of plant shutdowns by providing input in shutdown meetings. Ensure completion of all checks and inspections such as - Supervisor Daily Workplace Inspection, the ROM Inspection, Workshop Inspection and Stockyard Inspection. What is required? C Class Driver's License Certificate 3 or 4 in Processing Production (desirable) Frontline Leadership or similiar Experience in large crushing environments, stockyards and balance machines WAH, CS, CN, CV, DG Certificates of competency Minimum 3 years demonstrated previous experience within a Crushing Plant or similar About CSI Mining Services CSI, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Mineral Resources (MinRes), is one of Australia's largest mining services contractors.
