With several Flavorite sites located across Victoria, this role is based at our Tatura location which currently employs over 350 employees.
We are looking to fill our last Production Supervisor vacancy to help set up for our new Packing Facility!
This is a full-time role perfect for someone wanting to join our busy, growing, and collaborative team.
Reporting directly to the Production Manager, this role is responsible for coordinating the packing functions to ensure relevant KPIs, quality, and timeliness of customer orders meet expectations.
Key Accountabilities of the Role:Management of the team on your line including helping in recruitment, training, orientation, and coachingManage workloads through supervision and delegationManage and report on leave attendance for your direct reportsManage quality and KPI requirements for the packing teamOn the line troubleshooting and problem solvingAn interest in getting in with the team to support them to reach the targets of the teamAssisting in other departments including packing, as neededThe successful candidate will have:A Forklift licence (or willing to obtain)High attention to detailPrevious experience in machinery operationHigh drive to see success and progressPrevious experience in a similar capacityProven and sound experience in leading a teamThis role will suit someone who is passionate about being successful and growing within the business as Flavorite is proud to help train our teams to further their careers within the business!
