The Role As a Production Supervisor at Fresh To Go Foods, you'll be an integral part of our team, dedicated to crafting high-quality, ready-made wraps and sandwiches. This is a Full time position that offers a stable and friendly work environment. You will be joining a team that values precision, speed, and quality in food production. Our team is passionate about exceeding the standards of convenience food, ensuring every hand-made meal is created to perfection.
Key Responsibilities Run the production plan for the next day's productionMonitor employee performance and address performance issues where necessaryRoster employeesEnsure all customer deadlines and specifications are met at all times and notify of any exceptionsEnsure specifications are up to date, accurate, and only current documents are in circulationEnsure all products are being made according to their recipes/specificationsOverlook the work on the production linesEnsure production is completed by the specified deadline each day, or inform warehouse of any delaysEnsure that all production staff comply with the company hygiene standards and dress codeEnsure that all OHS processes are adhered toMake sure the production area and office is returned to its 5 standardKey Competencies, Skills and Qualifications Proven ability to lead and coach team membersThe ability to provide clear orders and instructions to team membersThe ability to have initiative to seek out work with limited directionsKnowledge of Human Resource policies and practicesStrong attention to detailKnowledge of hygiene, and food safety procedures as well as HACCP principles and proceduresKnowledge of quality assurance systems and continuous improvement principlesDevelop continuous improvement projects, and see them through to completionPlease submit your resume via the apply now link below.
