Production Supervisor
with a knack for leadership and a passion for excellence to join our team at our Burleigh Heads retail-ready facility. This role will be based across the second production shift, with the hours for the position from around 8:30am each day for a standard 38 hour week with overtime required where necessary.

Desired Skills and Experience
What We're Looking For:
Experience in Production : Previous experience in fast-paced environments is essential, ideally within food or meat processing.
Leadership Skills : Proven ability to build and inspire strong teams.
Red Meat Knowledge : Experience in red meat production is a plus!
Standards & Compliance Knowledge : Familiarity with BRC and Export regulations is highly valued.
Positive Problem-Solver : A proactive, can-do attitude with strong problem-solving skills.
