The Opportunity: We are seeking a Production Supervisor to join our team in Bunbury/WA. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining our strong safety culture, overseeing concrete production processes, coordinating deliveries, managing site maintenance, and operating equipment such as front-end loaders and forklifts.
Duties and Responsibilities: Take ownership of health and safety for the area, ensuring compliance with safety rules and proceduresMaintain quality management systems and oversee production activities according to schedules.Organize and supervise resources required for scheduled production activities, including allocation of work, asset maintenance, and liaison with production management.Optimize production efficiency and contribute to production plans.Input into schedules, allocate work, supervise asset use, and provide daily support to teams.Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental rules, and oversee hazard reporting.Liaise with site Quality Assurance (QA) personnel, supervise workmanship, and raise Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) as necessary.Lead communication processes and ensure accurate recording of production data.Communicate goals to the team and support a strong team culture.About You: Previous experience in similar industryStrong team player with self-motivation and the ability to work independentlyDemonstrated commitment to safety and results-oriented work ethicEffective communication skills and ability to work under pressureEssential driver's license, with front-end loader or forklift competency preferredWillingness to undergo pre-employment medical screening, including drug and alcohol testingAs part of a global company, Holcim offers long term career paths along with a variety of training and development opportunities.
