Roles in Concrete Plants are fast-paced and will require you to be a strong problem solver, process driven with a high level of attention to detail. As a Concrete Production Supervisor based at our Coomera plant, we are looking for a team player who can hit the ground running. Duties and responsibilities will include:
Supporting and displaying a strong safety culture at all timesProduction of concrete using multiple systems and processesAllocating and assigning loads to driversStock management and coordination of deliveriesManaging contractors carrying out site maintenanceYard maintenance and front-end loader operationForklift operation and manual handling of bagged productsAbout you:
Be a team player who is self-motivated with the ability to work unsupervisedWillingness to go the extra mile, supporting a strong team cultureBe passionate about safety, with a strong work ethic, and is results-focusedHave effective communication skills and work under pressureBe able to physically perform all duties associated with the positionDriver's license and own transport is essential with front end loader or forklift competency an advantageBe willing to complete a pre-employment medical including a drug and alcohol screeningAdditionally, you must hold valid Australian work rights with no restrictions on hours or duration of employment. Unfortunately, we are not able to accept Holiday or Student Visas.
