Production Supervisor – Afternoon Shift

Well-known, Successful Manufacturing Business Somerton Location Package circa $115K This well-run organisation has a dedication to high standards and service delivery, selling through one of Australia's largest retailers. The group manufactures with MDF and vinyl and seeks an Afternoon/Evening Production Supervisor to join the group Mondays to Fridays at the Somerton production facility.
Reporting to the Plant Manager, you will oversee a team which ranges between 15 and 20, working across CNC machining, cutting, gluing, vinyl wrapping, trimming and packaging. Your role will be focused on strong leadership, using a friendly, communicative, rapport and culture building style. You will also troubleshoot simpler mechanical and production flow issues as needed.
Mechanically minded and possessing previous factory operations supervisory experience, you will be a reliable, proactive individual who works well with all types of people. CNC experience would be beneficial but is not essential. More so, it will be your ability to work with, and get the best out of a team using your clear and straightforward communication style.
