As a Production Supervisor, you'll play a vital role in leading a team whilst creating captivating fragrances by meticulously mixing and preparing ingredients using precise formulas and automated systems.

About the role
As a Production Supervisor, you'll be responsible for following detailed recipes to blend and compound fragrances using advanced machinery and software to measure, mix, and test fragrances.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, has a keen eye for detail, and thrives in a production or lab environment.
Follow detailed recipes whilst manually and meticulously weighing and mixing raw products using a range of weighing equipment.
Operate automated machinery and software to accurately measure raw ingredients to blend fragrance formulations based on predefined recipes.
Complete all tasks with a high level of accuracy and in line with documented procedures at all times.
Test and inspect products and fragrances to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
Keep accurate records of production batches and test results.
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
The Person
To be a successful applicant for this role, you will need a minimum of 5 years experience and the following traits:
Experience in leading teams in a manufacturing or production environment.
Experience with specialised machinery and software.
High attention to detail and the ability to follow specific instructions with a high level of accuracy and precision.
Commitment to maintain high safety standards and cleanliness within a production environment.
Good physical stamina, capacity to handle and lift up to 25kg.
