Superintendent Production – Tom Price Opportunities and support to learn and grow your career Fantastic opportunity to join a friendly and motivated team who are passionate about achieving results as a collective It's an exciting time to join our team on FIFO 9/5 roster from Perth or residential 8/6 roster in Tom Price About the role We are seeking a highly motivated and safety-driven  Superintendent Production,  to lead the Production team at our Tom Price operations.
Taking ownership of these teams, you will coach and develop a highly proficient group, in the management & delivery of their respective services.
Reporting to the Mine Operations Manager, your daily remit will include but not be limited to: Day-to-day management of all open pit production operations including planning activities for the site Management of a residential workforce Overseeing a contract workforce Managing optimisation projects and driving continuous improvement initiatives Developing a strong safety culture which ensures adherence to procedures for operational activities, site standards and legislation.
Leading, organising, developing and motivating your teams to exceed expectations and targets, while building meaningful succession pathways for your staff Developing and implementing key productivity improvements to drive operational efficiency Working collaboratively and fostering relationships with key partners to achieve wider business objectives Measuring, recording, analysing and reporting on safety, people and productivity activities to consistently exceed plan and improve performance About you To ensure success in this role, you will have: Proactive with a strong commitment in driving a safe working culture Experience working in operational leadership roles and be confident in effectively leading, mentoring and coaching team members as well as interfacing with senior leaders A desire to build and lead engaged teams Prior contractor management experience would be desirable Understanding of the mining industry from both an operational and technical perspective Mining operational optimisation knowledge and/or experience Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve safety and operational outcomes and delivery of targets A Quarry Managers certificate would be highly regarded What we offer Be recognised for your contribution, your thinking and your hard work, and go home knowing you've helped the world progress.

Where you'll be working Tom Price is located in the central Pilbara, west of Karijini National Park and is our original Pilbara mine, currently employing residential and fly in fly out employees.
It is known as one of the most attractive towns in the Pilbara with a high school, two primary schools a hospital and a high standard of recreational facilities.
