They place their highest emphasis on health and safety, followed by environmental concerns and lastly, profitability.They are currently looking for an experienced Production Specialist Level 3 to join their team, working offshore on one of their assets on the North-West shelf.The Production Specialist Level 3 plays a vital role in our client's organisation and is responsible for assisting in the operation of the facility plant and processes to ensure the 24-hour coordination of production. This position involves working closely with the Field Superintendent, Production Operators, and support groups to deliver fluids from the wellhead through the oil processing plant, ensuring proper storage, export, and environmentally responsible water treatment.Key Responsibilities:Operate and maintain the facility plant to ensure consistent production in alignment with Key Performance Indicator (KPI) goals.Collaborate with Field Superintendent and various support groups to adhere to legislative and corporate requirements.Assist in delivering fluids from the wellhead through the oil processing plant and oversee proper storage and export.Manage the water treatment process for environmentally responsible disposal overboard.Provide leadership, support, and direction to Production Operators Level 1 and 2, in line with the organisation's goals and objectives.Qualifications, Knowledge, and Skills:Minimum of 5-7 years of hydrocarbons experience (preferably offshore)Single Trade or Dual Trade Certificate (Mechanical, Instrument or Electrical/Electronic)PMA Certificate 3 in Process Plant OperationsBasic Offshore Safety Induction & Emergency Training (TBOSIET)Process plant knowledgeExperience with laboratory samplingAbility to communicate effectively in English both verbally and in writingStrong verbal and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of an organisationOperational understanding of relevant industry legislative requirements and guidance notesConversant in Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word.What's on offer?Competitive salary $1500 per day inclusive of superFamily friendly roster - 2:2 - 12hr daysImmediate startFor more information regarding this position and a confidential discussion, please call us on (08) 6389 2110 or forward your queries to ****** an equal opportunities employer individuals of an Indigenous, Torres Strait Islander, or other underrepresented heritage are encouraged to apply!
