About you We are looking for a creative problem solver who's passionate about producing garments that speak to our Ghanda customer, with experience across production, design or pattern making. Someone ready to jump in headfirst, with the ability to work autonomously, drive creative solutions and develop top-quality garments for our customers.
A day in the life The role will sit within the production team, working alongside our product developers and designers. As a PRODUCTION SPECIALIST, your daily tasks may include:
Manage Critical Path dates to ensure key production deadlines are metManage Production Schedules with suppliers & production team to ensure visibility of current productionManage Ship Dates with suppliers to ensure ex-factory dates are metManage Costings for all Ghanda ProductDaily communication with suppliersRegular QC checksAttend Ghanda sessions to help problem solve potential fit/production issuesManage PO raising and amendmentsAn ideal addition to the #GhandaGang will have: A degree or higher qualification in a relevant field - Product Development or Fashion DesignProven experience in a similar roleProficiency across the Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook, Excel & Word, with Adobe Suite (Photoshop and Illustrator) is highly regardedStrong design fundamentals and garment construction knowledgeA keen interest in fashion, design and surf/street lifestyleIf you think you're the next best thing to hit the #GhandaGang we can't wait to hear from you!
