Your New CompanyOur client, a local company specialised in manufacturing of products for the construction industry, is recruiting an experienced Production Site Manager to join their team in Darwin.Your new role You will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the plant and managing the production team, ensuring the efficient and effective production of high-quality products. You will ensure that production schedules are met, safety standards are maintained, and continuous improvement initiatives are implemented. This is a full-time permanent role based in Darwin.Your Main Responsibilities Will Be ToOversee and manage all aspects of production operations, including planning, scheduling, and execution, ensuring that production targets are met while maintaining high standards of quality.Coordinate with other departments (logistics, maintenance, quality control) to ensure efficient running of operations.Lead, mentor, and develop the production team, promoting a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
