Moranbah North Location Monday - Friday Opportunity in Mining About the Role: WorkPac is currently seeking a dynamic individual to fill the role of Production & Reliability Officer for our esteemed client. This position offers exciting potential for long-term career growth within a supportive and tight-knit team environment. The role entails 45 hours per week, with flexibility available to accommodate school hours, and operates from Monday to Friday. Duties and Responsibilities: Perform delay data entry, validation, and reporting for Longwall, Development, and Coal Clearance processes. Implement and maintain delay reporting systems to enhance operational efficiency. Drive reliability processes, including conducting RCA/ICAM investigations and recommending corrective actions. Actively participate in maintenance and operations meetings, capturing action items and distributing minutes as required. Demonstrate exceptional organizational skills and professionalism in all interactions. Exhibit strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams. Skills and Experience: Previous experience in a similar role within the mining or related industry preferred. Proficiency in data entry and reporting software. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent organizational abilities with meticulous attention to detail. Professional demeanour with effective communication skills. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules. Commitment to maintaining a safe and productive work environment.
