The Position
The purpose of this role is to ensure the accuracy of the production build data and management of work orders through Production work centres.
This role is responsible for:
Perform planning coordination tasks for production.Maintain the Production schedule by entering production requests and work orders.Work with other departments to ensure that issues affecting production builds are resolved in a timely manner.Accurately update and interrogate Pronto data.Assist staff with requisition processing.Work with Stores to correct parts' issues.Keep up-to-date with the status of items currently being built in Production.Expedite unplanned jobs that are required urgently.Essential Strong attention to detail, good written documentation skills and good competency with Microsoft Office.Data entry experience and intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel.Good verbal communication and negotiation skills.Self-motivated to work autonomously coupled with the ability to work across diverse teams.Proactive time management and project tracking skills.Previous experience in a manufacturing and/or electronics workplace is an advantage.Ability to be flexible and adaptable to changing organisational priorities and ambiguous environments.Eligibility
