CHC has an exciting opportunity in Australia for an experienced Production Planner who will work with the Maintenance Manager and SBE's, and liaising with CAMO/Airworthiness function to conduct planning and execution of current and future maintenance demand.

Key Responsibilities: A visible safety champion who will challenge unsafe acts and pursue improvements in safety culture and behaviour.
A visible leader of all Continuing Airworthiness initiatives in relation to Safety, business KPIs, and people, and a relentless advocate of integrity.
Adhere to Company health, safety, environmental, and equal opportunity / sexual harassment policies.
Develop highly effective and productive relationships with key stakeholders whether they are internal or external (suppliers and customers).
Demonstrate commitment and leadership to OHS by participating in meetings, inspections, promotions, and other appropriate activities.
Always model a positive image of OSA.
Demonstrate alignment to the CHC Values.
Qualifications, Skills, and Attributes: The ideal candidate should possess: Essential Comprehensive Knowledge of the aircraft's structure and systems, including the propulsion system, to a level that is at least equivalent to Level 1 as set out in Part 145.
Comprehensive Knowledge of aircraft maintenance and maintenance planning system, including the use of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
At least five years' experience in matters for which they are responsible and/or at least two years' experience in matters for which they are responsible provided they have at least an additional three years' experience in civil aircraft maintenance.
Minimum qualification technical qualification that relates to matters for which they are responsible.
Knowledge of the regulations, standards and this exposition relating to matters that they are responsible.
Attributes/Behaviours: Knowledge of the aircraft's minimum equipment list (OMEL).
Knowledge of the relevant parts of the AMO and AOC holder's manuals that have engineering and continuing airworthiness implications for the aircraft.
Knowledge of the aircraft's certification basis.
Self-motivated and results oriented with a focus on delivery of flight data monitoring.
Excellent listening, verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work in a rapidly evolving and dynamic environment.
Demonstrated team player with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to participate and deliver outcomes within a team of aviation professionals.
Hands-on approach with a drive for success.
