This key, business-critical role is based on-site just 30 minutes outside of Adelaide's CBD and reports directly to the Planning Manager. You'll play a pivotal role in delivering efficient operations and quality production by developing production plans, optimising scheduling processes, and working collaboratively with the wider team to drive results. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity in a fast-paced environment offering the chance to make a significant impact.The RoleCreate and manage production plans that balance supply and demand while ensuring timely deliveries.Develop labour and mixing schedules, review material needs, and ensure compliance with safety standards.Work proactively to identify and mitigate challenges/issues in a timely manner.Continuously enhance scheduling processes and identify opportunities for better resource use.Work cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders to support planning activities and foster collaboration across the planning space.Your BackgroundIdeally 3+ years in a fast-paced FMCG environment and/or similar role.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a solutions-focused mindset.Microsoft Excel and SAP experience is critical.Highly organised with effective time management.What's on offer?This is an exciting time to join the growing planning team where you can develop further on your already successful career.
