Your Role:
In this role, you'll be at the forefront of optimising efficiency and productivity. Your responsibilities will encompass developing production schedules, collaborating closely with Base Maintenance Leads, Technical Specialists, and Logistic Planners. You'll harness the power of production data analysis to identify areas for improvement and spearhead solutions. Your knack for process improvement will be invaluable as you align planning processes with contractual obligations, including creating and monitoring Work Instructions. Additionally, you'll manage the rescheduling of future maintenance work, both deferred and emergent, to prevent any adverse impact on other ongoing maintenance tasks.
About You:
Our ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a genuine passion for the aerospace and defence industry. Your key accountability will revolve around executing the planning process, ensuring timely aircraft maintenance event schedules to meet Fleet Management requirements.
Through meticulous coordination and scheduling, you'll play a crucial role in making sure the scope remains achievable within the approved Fleet Plan. Your ability to engage with stakeholders across the Enterprise will be pivotal in addressing engineering and logistical requirements. During base maintenance events, you'll closely track tasks to ensure milestones are successfully reached.
To thrive in this role, you'll need to be eligible and capable of obtaining a Defence Security Clearance (baseline). Previous experience within a base maintenance environment is essential and familiarity with DASR P145 organisation requirements will set you apart. If you have CAMM2 Data Manager experience, that's a definite plus.
