WA is our heartland.About the Role:The Supply Chain Department is looking for a focused individual to join the Planning Team as a full-time Production Planner. Reporting to the Planning Manager, you will deliver daily and weekly production plans for all plants to ensure the most efficient use of raw materials to meet the Sales Demand. The role will drive continuous improvement within the production planning process and ultimately in Customer Satisfaction.You will be responsible for but not limited to the following:Daily reconciliation of SOH and production quantities to enable accurate and efficient planning and balancing of raw milk and cream.Adopting a positive and proactive approach towards our food safety and sustainability culture.Timely preparation of both daily and weekly plans.Preparation and consolidation of factory work orders.Managing safety stocks of finished goods throughout the business.Leading Production Planning reviews, preparing data and metrics for review and identifying gaps.Adhering to the Health and Safety responsibilities, policies, procedures, and standard operating procedures.We are seeking someone who has the ability to strategically communicate with, and influence all stakeholders.
