In a manufacturing environment, you'll take on the role of Production Operator. This position is key to ensuring a smooth and efficient operation. You'll be stationed at the end of a production line conveyor belt, responsible for three primary functions:
Maintaining Production Flow: You'll play a critical role in keeping the line moving by promptly handling finished products. Quality Control: You'll be responsible for inspecting each product to ensure it meets our rigorous quality standards. Packaging Adherence: You'll package the products according to established company protocols, guaranteeing they are ready for shipment or further processing. Essential requirements for this role:
Ability to work across 2 shifts to be able to provide assistance to other shifts as needed Possess a strong Workplace Safety commitment Be a go-getter, with a positive and strong work ethic.
