Your Impact: Reporting to the Production and Continuous Improvement Manager and based at Smeaton Grange, you will be responsible for the correct setup and operation of equipment and overseeing the production process with safety and quality as your number one priority. As a reliable, flexible, team player you will ensure our small site is delivering product safely, of the highest quality, at the lowest cost, with minimal waste, and in the correct quantity always.
You will be working on a rotating shift roster, working 5:00am - 1:06pm one week and 10:30am - 6:36pm the next, including some Saturday shifts at an overtime rate.
More specifically, you will be involved in:
