As a passionate thinker & problem solver, you will be accountable for the performance of several machines, processes, and pieces of equipment to ensure all products are being delivered on time and to standard. These are rotating shift positions, offering roles on a 3-shift rotation. What are we looking for? Trade certification is an added bonus; desire for wanting to add value and continuously upskill is key. Relatable prior working experience. Strong problem-solving abilities. Reliable, willingness to learn, and adaptable to change. Strong attention to detail. What will be your key responsibilities? Responsible for monitoring and running multiple pieces of equipment through the usage of software interface systems as well as physical checks. Communicate directly with the maintenance department to coordinate maintenance repairs in a productive manner. Assist with diagnosing and troubleshooting maintenance-related issues. Safely and continuously operate multiple pieces of equipment to produce quality products on time. Ensure quality and safety procedures are followed and provide thorough handover.
