As our site continues to grow, so does our need for driven and motivated Production Operators to join our Petcare Team. You will be the heart of the company, ensuring our factory keeps producing high quality products to meet our supply & demand. As a Mars Operator, you will be accountable for the performance of several machines, processes and pieces of equipment to ensure all products are being delivered on time and to standard, this is your opportunity to join a global company that values the development of all employees. What are we looking for? Trade certification or secondary education Relatable prior working experience Strong problem-solving abilities Mechanical training or background - desirable Reliable, willingness to learn and adaptable to change Strong attention to detail What will be your key responsibilities? Responsible for monitoring and running multiple pieces of equipment through the usage of software interface systems as well as physical checks Communicate directly with the maintenance department to coordinate maintenance repairs in a productive manner Assist with diagnosing and troubleshooting maintenance related issues Safely and continuously operate multiple pieces of equipment to produce quality products on time Ensure quality and safety procedures are followed and providing thorough handover What can you expect from Mars?
