The Opportunity We are looking for a dedicated individual to help operate and maintain our manufacturing and packaging equipment, ensuring efficiency and top-tier quality throughout the production process.
Key Responsibilities: Operate, monitor, and adjust equipment to optimize speed and product quality.Conduct routine in-process checks to ensure production meets standards.Manufacture and package products according to specifications.Accurately maintain batch production records and production reports for management.Clean and sanitize production areas and equipment as per schedule.Actively participate in process improvement initiatives.What You'll Bring: Self-motivated with the ability to work independently, problem-solve, and focus on solutions.A strong commitment to safety, ensuring a secure environment for yourself and your colleagues.Current Forklift License (highly regarded).Previous experience in food manufacturing is a plus.Solid understanding of workplace health, safety standards, and quality regulations.Experience with Lean principles is a plus.Meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of your work.Why Noumi?
