The role An opportunity exists for an enthusiastic and hard-working person to join our Adbri Masonry team based in Stapylton, Queensland.
You will support the team in the production of quality Masonry products as part of a company which strives to maintain its position as a market leader.
We will provide the successful candidate with specific and thorough masonry product training to link your existing skills and knowledge to our industry.
We will also invest in your development, providing the opportunity to expand your experience if you demonstrate the desire and aspiration to grow with us.
This role is offered on a full-time permanent basis working on the afternoon shift from 12:00 to 20:00. Responsibilities Support the production team including general labouring duties and basic machine operationFollow correct work procedures at all times ensuring safety, health and environment standards are maintainedOperation of forklifts for the movement of goods to/from the work areaBasic maintenance of forklifts, plant and equipment in the work areaQuality Assurance and packaging of outgoing goodsEnsure yard and inventory is maintained in a neat and orderly fashionFollowing established procedures for documenting and/or reporting work performed, hazards and incidentsGeneral housekeeping and cleaningWhat you will need to succeed Exhibit a strong commitment to safety, environment, quality, health and wellbeingPossess a proactive and positive attitudeSelf-motivation and a willingness to learnAbility to communicate confidently and work in a teamAbility and desire to multiskill and perform various production role tasksForklift High Risk LicenseA safe and supportive environment Adbri Masonry puts safety first and recognises that diversity in our workforce drives innovation and encourages creativity.
