Quick overview of the role Reporting to the Shift Manager, you will operate the required machinery to complete the task. As an Operator, you must be reliable, responsible, and dependable and be a forward thinker who can multitask to achieve the best possible outcomes. Key Responsibilities Conducting pre-start checks on all equipment and machinery before it is used. Reporting any faults to your manager/supervisor immediately Operating the required machines and using any relevant equipment in a safe manner as stated in the TAP. Quality check product as required to ensure they meet production requirements. Take pride in your machine and work area – ensuring it is clean and well maintained Report any breakdowns, safety issues or hazards immediately Maintain the highest workplace safety standards. Produce our Stock Accessories to be distributed throughout our Service Centers Embrace a simple, predictable routine with achievable tasks Hit the weekly targets Enjoy the Victory Lap: Once the goal is met, the remainder of the week is yours to enjoy!
