Formula for Success In this permanent position as a Production Operator, you'll work as part of a close-knit team at our Somersby site to safely ensure the production and repacking of goods in accordance with production scheduling requirements. You'll: Replenish bulk storage, prepare and process products. Set up and break down of production equipment. Operate the equipment and plant in accordance to structured procedures. General production and warehouse duties, including loading of transport vehicles. Ensure quality and issue management and report any issues to management. Ingredients for Success To be successful in this role you'll be a team player, with the ability to manage multiple priorities whilst keeping a keen focus on quality and safety. You'll: Ideally have experience in a production environment, manufacturing plant and/or warehouse-based position Demonstrate examples of taking the initiative to problem solve and improve process.
