Reporting to the Production Leader, this role is responsible for production related tasks and responsibilities in a highly regulated and lean manufacturing environment. Work across all manufacturing operations - dispensary, manufacturing, and packaging Ensure equipment cleanliness and sanitation following SOPs Adhere to SOPs in all relevant areas to ensure consistent quality Monitor, evaluate and optimise processes and equipment for maximum quality and efficiency Maintain accurate documentation of all tasks completed Collaborate effectively to meet production requirements safely and efficiently, while promoting a culture of continuous improvement What do you need?
