Your new role As a Production Assistant, you will be instrumental in the production process within the factory. You will be taught to operate a range of machinery, weld metals and other materials and be given the opportunity to learn some basic front line leadership skills.
What you'll need to be successful Experience in a manufacturing/warehouse environment is advantageous. However, an enthusiastic attitude with a genuine interest in learning new skills within the manufacturing industry is what we are looking for. A positive attitude towards health and safety, high attention to detail and a proactive nature.
